You might have come across, many push-ups challenges, but they are quite difficult.
One thing that's wrong with these guys are they directly start from a very high number, which's no practically possible to complete for a beginner.
So here I have come with the push-ups challenge, which includes a formula called Marginal Improvements.
Marginal Improvement
what is the marginal improvement? Does this formula Work? Here is the answer.
Marginal Improvement was introduced by James clear, in his book called Marginal Improvement, Where he showed how you can achieve your goals.
In this book, He showed that if you improve 1% daily, You will be improved 30% a month and 365% a year. Isn't that a big number?
Stiphen dunneir created a world record using the very same formula.
Well leave these records aside, We are not creating records, We are just going to be pushing 60 times a day, Which is definately possible with this formula.
