How To Do A Perfect Push Up

In this post, I just want to guide you about, How you can do a perfect push up, There are many mistakes which the beginner make when doing push ups.


Mistake #1

Don't Keep The Butt Too High


This is a pretty common mistake among newbies, When doing push up, They pick up their butt to the sky.

Dude, it's not a butt-high competition, Understand it.


You are doing a push-up, So better next time keep it straight.


Mistake #2

The Snake Pause


Another mistake which is what a lot of people make, They put their whole body on the ground.


The problem with this is, You are avoiding the pressure of your arms, The pressure is distributed throughout your body, That's not a good practice.


Just put your chest on the ground.


Mistake #3

Keeping Hands Way Too Wide


You can't keep your hands too wide, That' because it will put much pressure on your shoulders, that might cause harm.


You don't want a pain in the shoulders, right? So better keep them a bit near to each other.


Well, there are two ways to do a push-up.

  • Keeping hands too close, That they touch ( It's for tricep)

  • Keeping Hand a bit wide, ( Most pressure goes on the chest).

Mistake #4

Smaller Length


Going way too small distance is not idea, You have to push yourself.

First of all understand the meaning, push up. So by definition get down and get yourself up.

A Perfect Push-Up


Now is the time to show exactly how you can do a perfect push up.

When doing a push-up, Go down, Get your chest hitting the ground, and then pull yourself to the highest you can.


That's what a perfect push up looks like, Go and practice it yourself.
